I'm trying to install the 32bit version of BBQLinux but I'm getting the following error:
"This kernal requires an x86_64 CPU, but only detected and i686 CPU. Unable to boot - please use a kernal appropriate for you CPU"
The two ISO's I tried are "bbqlinux-2015.05.16-x86_64-xfce4.iso" and "bbqlinux-2019.03.03-x86_64-cinnamon.iso"
Both have have "x86" in the name (which is a "32bit" processor)
But it does not seem to have a 32bit Kernal (in this ISO)
Just to make sure I could install use a 32bit Kernal on this PC, I installed the "32bit version of Zorin Lite", the "32bit version of Lubuntu", and the "32bit version of Linux Lite" (*all of which run without a problem)
So my question is: Where do I find the 32bit version of BBQLinux ?
Offline
x86_64 = 64 bit
Arch Linux doesn't support 32 bit systems anymore.
